What You’ll Do
At the intersection of finance, technology, and global commerce, BCG’s Payments and contribute ad hoc to content and knowledge development in partnership with internal projects and BCG Vantage. Lead affiliation and engagement activities that strengthen collaboration, connectivity, and knowledge sharing across the global Payments.
- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex programs in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong business judgment and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data and insights into action
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across diverse teams and functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership audiences
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive execution independently
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive business, people, and organizational information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and related collaboration tools
