What You’ll Do

BCG’s Vantage Console and Vantage Dashboard Squad builds and supports the digital products that enable Knowledge teams to work more effectively across the firm. As a Global Product Manager, you will help shape and deliver product capabilities that improve workflows, usability, and operational efficiency for teams working across regions and functions. In this role, you will partner closely with engineers, stakeholders, and product peers to drive delivery from concept through execution. You will operate with a high degree of ownership — balancing business priorities, technical considerations, and user needs while helping the squad deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

  • Own and manage prioritized product initiatives for your squad from discovery through delivery
  • Partner with engineering teams to define requirements, manage backlogs, and support sprint execution
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, communicate progress, and manage delivery expectations
  • Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and process gaps and recommend practical solutions
  • Track milestones, delivery health, and product outcomes for leadership and project stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation for workflows, product decisions, and system functionality in Confluence
  • Support user enablement through training materials, guidance documentation, and adoption activities

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital product delivery
  • Experience balancing product strategy, roadmap planning, and hands-on delivery execution
  • Proven ability to lead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery across engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and trade-offs
  • Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting or visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Who You’ll Work With

You will work within BCG’s Vantage Console and Vantage Dashboard Squad as part of the broader Knowledge and digital product ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, UX partners, QA, product peers, and business stakeholders across multiple regions and functions. You will partner regularly with global Knowledge teams and senior stakeholders to align priorities, support delivery decisions, and improve user experiences across core internal platforms. The team operates in a highly collaborative environment that values clear communication, continuous improvement, and shared ownership of outcomes.
