What You'll Do
As the Product Owner Director of Case Team Productivity within our Digital Product Organization, you will enhance the working experience of our case teams by addressing pain points and optimizing processes. You will focus on leveraging Generative AI tools to boost productivity and enable seamless teamwork across BCG’s global workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage a suite of GenAI productivity tools
- Conduct rapid POCs to identify and deploy high-value productivity solutions
- Lead a high-impact squad managing tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, ClaudeAI, and internal solutions
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to improve case team productivity
- Define and execute a product roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize platform adoption and engagement
- Ensure Agile practices and foster continuous innovation
- Promote effective change management and communication strategies for digital tools
- Focus on employee experience, ensuring tools are intuitive and valuable
- Deliver measurable business and customer value through KPIs
- Represent the voice of the customer in product development
- Manage work prioritization and backlog organization
- Support the squad with feedback and requirement clarification
- Align work with the broader product portfolio strategy
- Model behaviors to support organizational transformation to new ways of working
Skills and Experience
- 10-12+ years in Product Ownership, with Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance)
- Experience with Case Team Productivity tools and digital transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in consulting is a plus
