What You'll Do

As Global Marketing Manager For BCG's Health Care Practice Area (HCPA), You Will Strengthen BCG's Position As a Leading Adviser To Health Care Organisations Globally By

  • Managing high-quality content and thought leadership, and its amplification through integrated marketing campaigns
  • Developing strategic events that create client engagement opportunities and showcase our points of view
  • Evolving client relationship programmes for more targeted, personal engagement
  • Working with experts to build their external visibility and strengthen the HCPA's market position
  • Planning and managing HCPA marketing activity — measurement, budgets, resourcing — and finding ways AI can improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness

This is a hands-on role combining strategy with delivery.

You will partner with HCPA leadership, sector and topic leaders, subject matter experts, and global/local Marketing & Communications (M&C) teams to identify what matters most to clients and bring BCG's perspectives to market.

You will have real ownership — from shaping priorities to delivering campaigns and measuring impact — while operating independently within a collaborative global team.

  • Content and Thought Leadership
  • Partner with HCPA leaders and authors to develop compelling, differentiated publications on complex health care and business topics that build BCG's reputation with senior audiences
  • Help drive the content agenda, balancing breadth with focused investment in priority themes
  • Own communications plans for priority publications, shaping activation across bcg. com, digital, media, social, leadership communications, strategic events, and partnerships to maximise reach and business impact
  • Uphold and evolve publishing governance in line with BCG standards protecting the firm's brand and reputation
  • Strategy and Campaigns
  • Help shape and deliver the HCPA marketing plan, translating priorities into integrated activity across channels
  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery: brief, audience definition, channel planning, execution, amplification, measurement
  • Bring market intelligence to identify white space and inform positioning
  • Connect HCPA priorities with BCG's broader marketing organisation and campaigns
  • Challenge established ways of working to increase impact, efficiency or distinctiveness
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Marketing
  • Evolve the HCPA's client relationship programme for more targeted, personalised engagement with priority clients and audiences
  • Bring content, thought leadership, campaigns, events, and other marketing activity to named clients, ensuring engagement builds over time
  • Help teams get more value from existing marketing investments
  • Work with other BCG practices to bring relevant expertise into HCPA client engagement
  • Expertise Positioning and Brand Building
  • Strengthen experts' external profiles and identify opportunities to share their and our perspectives
  • Coordinate media engagement, positioning partners around relevant topics working with M&C colleagues
  • Evaluate speaking opportunities — panels, roundtables, podcasts — for visibility with priority audiences
  • Connect profiling activity with wider campaigns and market priorities
  • Support partners with briefing materials for external engagements
  • Marketing Planning, Management and AI Enablement
  • Support planning of marketing activity — measurement, budgets, resources, timelines
  • Identify and implement AI opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency

  • What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5–8 years' experience in marketing, communications, campaigns, strategic marketing, or publishing
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing/go-to-market programmes supporting business priorities, thought leadership and audience engagement
  • Working knowledge across earned, owned, and paid marketing (specialism not required, but an integrated perspective is)
  • Strong skills turning complex subject matter into clear narratives
  • B2B, consulting, professional services or Health Care experience highly desirable
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, moving between planning and hands-on execution
  • Confidence operating where the path forward is not always fully defined
  • Strong written communication, storytelling and presentation skills for specialist and non-specialist audiences
  • Genuine interest in AI and its impact on marketing — hands-on experience helpful but curiosity matters more
  • Proficiency with Power Point and Excel; familiarity with martech/analytics platforms (e. g.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wrike, Power BI, Tableau, Sprinklr, Signal AI) helpful but not essential

  • Interest in Health Care, and the curiosity to build knowledge of HCPA's sectors, topics, clients and competitive landscape
  • Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach, suited to a fast-moving global environment
  • Who You'll Work With

You will sit within the Global Health Care Practice Area marketing team, working closely with HCPA leadership and colleagues across BCG's global M&C organisation — including campaigns, digital, media relations, social, web, editorial and leadership communications, plus regional and local marketing teams.

You will also collaborate regularly with partners, sector/topic leaders, subject matter experts, and the HCPA Management & Operations team.

Externally, you may work with conference organisers, media organisations, and strategic partners.
