What You’ll Do

As an Executive Talent Acquisition Manager within the EMESA Regional Executive Hiring Hub, aligned to Practice Areas (PAs) and Specialty Businesses, you will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to senior leadership, driving executive-level hiring for BCG.

You will manage complex search mandates, engage senior stakeholders, and represent BCG to the external executive talent market.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • End-to-End Executive Search Management: Lead and execute executive-level searches independently, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Strategic Partnering: Build trusted advisor relationships with PA leadership, RPALs, PA Nodes, Senior/Managing Directors & Partners (S/MDPs), and PA People Teams.
  • Pipeline Development & Sourcing Partnership: Collaborate with sourcing colleagues to prioritize key pipeline initiatives, especially around senior and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Diversity Focus: Drive a strong diversity agenda by embedding inclusive hiring practices and developing diverse candidate pipelines.
  • External Market Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with senior executive candidates, acting as an ambassador for BCG’s values and culture.
  • Stakeholder & Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional process and experience for both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Tools & Technology Adoption: Leverage recruiting platforms, analytics, and market intelligence to ensure efficient, data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic

Projects: Partner with the Senior Director of Executive Talent Acquisition on regional and global strategic initiatives, e. g., centralizing headhunter budget and performance evaluation processes.

  • You Bring (experience & Qualifications)
  • 6-8+ years of executive recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services or global, matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record of independently managing senior-level searches, including direct engagement with executive candidates and leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust with senior partners.
  • Experience driving diversity-focused hiring strategies and outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of executive recruiting trends, search methodologies, and best practices.
  • High proficiency in leveraging recruitment tools, CRM/ATS systems, and talent market intelligence platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with professionalism and gravitas.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance operational excellence with strategic impact.
