CEO Advisory is a globally sponsored initiative led by BCG’s CEO, Christoph Schweizer, designed to strengthen and accelerate relationships with BCG’s CEO and C‑suite clients. As the firm’s only formal platform dedicated to engaging this audience, CEO Advisory combines proprietary research, a proven program format, and deep expertise to support senior executives through critical leadership moments—whether as a new CEO, CEO candidate, or aspiring CEO. To date, the program has partnered with more than 400 CEOs and C‑suite leaders, serving as a trusted sounding board and performance partner. A core component of the program is the delivery of high‑touch, small‑group CEO events that foster meaningful peer connections and enable learning on the most pressing topics facing today’s leaders.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated CEO Communities (Events) Manager – EMESA (Temporary Backfill, September 2026 – April 2027) to support this flagship initiative. Reporting to the Global CEO Advisory Director, this role will partner closely with both global and EMESA regional leadership to deliver best‑in‑class CEO engagement. This position sits at the intersection of events, marketing, business development, and senior client engagement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning and executing CEO‑level events across the region, while proactively managing priorities and ensuring seamless delivery of the CEO Advisory program to meet the needs of BCG’s most senior clients.
- Drive Event Management for European based CEO and C‑Suite Events
- Plan and execute ~4 events from start to finish including venue sourcing, invitations, client communications, oversee event budget, on‑site support and more.
- Drive and manage client nominations and invitations, liaising with MDSPs and MDPs from across the organization to ensure the most important clients are invited.
- Support sourcing and securing locations and venues (hotels, restaurants, etc.) and activities, for in‑person events.
- Coordinate content preparation across BCG teams for SATT meetings.
- Schedule presenters and coordinate speaker briefing and preparation.
- Provide live on‑site support: support Global Director in operations and logistics end‑to‑end.
- Executive CEO‑level event planning with extremely high attention to detail and offer “white glove” service.
CEO Advisory Program Management
- Support planning of Global CEO Advisory SATT events strategy for 2027.
- Collaborate, facilitate and communicate with teams of various seniorities and geographies, including consulting staff, on events and special projects.
- Project manage across various KPIs and provide insights on challenges and opportunities.
Be a Thought Partner in the Continual Improvement of the Function
- Identify opportunities to enhance SATT events and opportunities for CEO Advisory.
- Execute special projects relating to operations which may involve collaborations with Practice Areas, Systems and Regions, and other BST/ Consulting Teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of relevant experience in executive services or professional services environment.
- Understanding of C‑Suite and CEO‑relevant topics.
- Strong credibility and interpersonal skills with senior members of BCG.
- Marketing and event planning experience, ideally at the C‑suite level is desired.
- Strong work ethic, service‑mentality, autonomous and self‑starter are as much a part of your character as absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and responsibility.
