What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join a Marketing Senior Manager temporary position.
You will operate at the intersection of AI‑driven content marketing and strategic alliances marketing with technology partners, ensuring both agendas are tightly integrated and mutually reinforcing.
- Analyst Relations And Content Marketing
- Manage key stakeholders to drive and provide input on content for major industry analyst evaluations, support RFI questionnaires, craft executive briefing materials, and oversee X marketing budget for licensing reports and analyst insights.
Additionally, you will handle marketing efforts to promote evaluation results.
Prioritize integrated omni‑channel marketing efforts, including web, social, and email campaigns to promote analyst report positioning.
- Drive and create compelling thought leadership and editorial content via end‑to‑end content management across multiple formats (written, video, podcasts, visuals, etc.) and identify opportunities for speaking opportunities at global BCG and 3rd party industry and technology partner events.
- Partner with leadership to identify, produce, and execute client stories and showcase how BCG X innovates with clients to solve challenging problems.
- Monitor and assess the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure they meet business objectives. Continuously refine strategies based on data‑driven insights and feedback.
- Strategic Alliances Marketing
- Support our strategic alliances marketing engagements with at least two tech partners including designing and driving joint alliance marketing programs, building awareness of alliance capabilities and value propositions, as well as support the planning and execution of our event portfolio of strategic technology and services partners.
- Content & Messaging: Guide BCG Alliance teams on the development of value‑maximizing '1+1=3' messaging to solve our clients' expanding needs, focusing on transformation at scale and drive strategic announcements and communications on the partnerships.
- Events and SATT: Lead the planning and development of BCG's presence and priority partnership marketing events, including the strategic evaluation of priority events, contract evaluation and negotiation, interfacing with BCG Events Center of Excellence, and executing event activations to deliver best in class events.
- Amplification: Building from the external marketing messaging, create and execute integrated campaigns that support BCG as a leader in the digital and technology consulting market.
- Relationship
Management: Build deep relationships with BCG leaders, Alliance account team, BCG marketing teams, and key external marketing partners within our alliances portfolio to plan and execute partnership activations.
- Strategic Planning & Coordination: Ensure effective and timely communication and coordination of the alliance marketing plans, activities, and campaign execution results to key stakeholders.

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
- The base salary range for this role begins at $120,000.00 in our lowest cost US region and goes up to $154,000.00 in our highest cost US region.

This is an estimated range; however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set.
It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high‑end of the salary range.
BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
