We are recruiting for a 24 hour/week Clinical Social Worker to provide social work services in the hospital’s Office of Clinician Support. The Office of Clinician Support offers a safe, alternative communication channel for anyone engaged in clinical work with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Psychosocial screening and assessments; counseling and support services focused on alleviating work-related stressors.
- Provide interpersonal and system consultations.
- Facilitate group interventions in different hospital settings.
- Provide educational forums and preventive interventions around communication and stress reduction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in social work.
- Experience: Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary. Experience in medical environment preferred. Persons of diversity strongly encouraged to apply.
- Licensure: LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
Schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5. This position is eligible for part-time benefits and a $3,000 sign on bonus.
