We are recruiting a Commercial Waste Account Manager to join the team at Boston Borough Council. This is an opportunity to shape a growing service, drive innovation, and make a meaningful impact on sustainability and local business engagement by helping secure new commercial opportunities for the Council. You will take the lead on promoting and expanding our commercial waste and recycling operations. You’ll use innovative sales and marketing approaches to attract new business, grow our customer base, and ensure we deliver a high‑quality and reliable service.

This position is a shared role within the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP) and forms part of the S113 agreement between the participating partnership Councils in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement 1st October 2021.

About Us: Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council have formed the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership, the largest Council Partnership in the country.
