About the Role

This isn't just a fitting role - it's a customer-focused position where you'll represent our brand in clients' homes, building relationships that drive repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations. You'll measure and install high-end, made-to-measure shutters all while being supported with hands-on training, a passionate team, and a forward-thinking company culture that continues to grow.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Travelling throughout Lincolnshire to carry out quotes and expert installations of window shutters.
  • When required, installation of window blinds and awnings.
  • Representing the business with professionalism, ensuring every client has an exceptional experience.
  • Problem-solving on-site to guarantee flawless installations.
  • Based out of Boston Showroom, reporting directly to our Operations Manager.

We'd Love to Hear From You If You:

  • (Essential) Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in either joinery, carpentry, fitting shutters, fitting windows or a similar hands-on trade.
  • Have a can-do attitude and are practical.
  • Hold a full, clean, UK driving licence.
  • Are friendly, professional, and a great communicator.
  • Take pride in your work and care about the customer experience.
  • GCSE Maths & English to level C.

Key qualities include:

  • (Desirable) Hold NVQ Level 3 Joinery or a similar qualification.
  • Professionalism: You'll be working in people's homes and in business premises, so you must present yourself smartly and respectfully.
  • Attention to detail: Pride in your work and aiming for perfection are a must.
  • Communication skills: You'll build great relationships with clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving: A creative approach to overcoming challenges on technical projects.
  • Flexibility: Happy to work independently or as part of a team.
