Are you a driven and commercially minded sales professional looking to take ownership of your own territory? We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our high-performing Consumer team, covering the North West region, and help grow our market presence.
About the Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing your territory across the North West, driving both revenue and margin growth while building strong customer relationships. This is a dynamic, field-based role where you’ll have the autonomy to plan your approach and make a real impact on business performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and delivering a strategic territory plan to exceed sales and margin targets
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Promoting new product development (NPD) and driving product adoption
- Delivering product training and supporting customer demonstrations and events
- Ensuring strong product presentation and visibility with customers
- Managing aged debt within your territory
- Planning and managing your own diary to maximise customer-facing time
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record in sales, ideally within a related industry
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, highly organised and comfortable working autonomously
- Confident using CRM systems and MS Office tools
- A proactive, energetic and resilient mindset
