Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth with ecommerce customers using an extensive product catalogue.
- Ensure accurate and regularly maintained product listings on ecommerce platforms.
- Enhance online presence through SEO content, high-quality imagery, and videos to boost impressions and conversions.
- Create and manage optimised product copy, images, videos, and related content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional and advertising campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Continuously review ecommerce account performance, including competitor benchmarking, keyword research, and issue resolution.
- Provide regular sales performance reports to the commercial team.

The Ecommerce Executive is a vital member of the Marketing team, tasked with driving sales growth and enhancing Bostik’s online presence on ecommerce platforms like Amazon. This role involves working with an extensive product catalogue to increase sales, ensuring accurate product listings, and enhancing online presence through SEO content, high-quality imagery, and videos. The Ecommerce Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, continuously review account performance, provide regular sales reports, identify growth opportunities, and maintain relationships with internal teams and external ecommerce customers.
Accountabilities:
- Execute plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction through the ecommerce platform by working with the product catalog to enhance online presence.
- Ensure the product catalogue is optimised for ecommerce customers by accurately listing and regularly maintaining the platform.
- Support the creation of content, including images, videos, and text, to optimise impressions and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement advertising and promotional campaigns to drive traffic to the ecommerce platform.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and maintain account health by complying with ecommerce customer policies.
Competencies Required:
- Minimum of 12 months’ professional experience in a similar role.
- Degree-level education in digital marketing or a related field.

- Good understanding of SEO and PPC.
