Reports to: Building Components Market Director
Location: EMEA (with global coordination responsibilities)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead our Insulating Glass (IG) Sealants business across EMEA. This role will drive sales growth, market expansion, and customer engagement, while supporting global business development initiatives.

Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute 3-year sales and market plans, including segmentation, go-to-market strategies, and regional growth initiatives.
Own pricing strategy and ensure achievement of sales and margin targets.
Lead UK sales operations and directly manage the UK Sales team.
Support global regions (ROW) in leveraging IG product lines.
Drive brand visibility through industry events, seminars, and marketing communications.
Customer & Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting systems.
5+ years in a commercial sales or market development role, ideally in export markets.
~ Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field; Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
~ A leadership role in a high-impact, innovative business unit.
