Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Our leading global client is seeking a specialist Senior Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of the computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines., Manage internal and external information technology and computer systems including:

• RedHat/CentOS Linux Servers (SAMBA/Apache/Wildfly).

• MySQL, MSSQL and Postgres databases.

• iSCSI SAN Technologies.

• Clustered virtualized environment (based on Xenserver or Xcp-ng).

• Splunk Log server.

• System monitoring.

• Network configuration and management.

• Firewall configuration and management.

• Microsoft AD and Remote Desktop Services (W2019).

• Proven working experience or relevant experience

• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.

• Experience with the systems detailed above.

• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

• Ability to support/manage personnel – experience of managing teams/supervisory responsibilities.

• Relevant professional qualifications

• ITIL experience.
