Role Title: Network Engineer
\n
Location: Crewe - 5 days onsite/week
\n
Duration: 6 month initial contract
\n
Inside IR35 - £380 per day
\n
Role Description:

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, providing expertise to deliver a stable, secure, efficient and well managed infrastructure, over the full life cycle of each solution. Your role:
\n
As an integral part of a Network Operations Centre, you'll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective capabilities performing a mixture of RUN and Project activities with other likeminded Network Analysts. As part of the team, you'll be empowered to:
\n Troubleshoot and configure enterprise networks.
\n Be responsible for Network incident diagnostics/resolution.
\n Network change implementation
\n Undertake Project Tasks, supporting both internal and external Project Managers
\n Continue to strengthen and bolster your existing capabilities through a mix of professional training, certifications, and experiences.
\n
Your skills and experience:
\n
Proven track record supporting enterprise networks with valid networking technical certifications demonstrating proficiency.
\n In-depth experience supporting Cisco ACI software defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod)
\n Experienced in supporting Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA & AnyConnect Remote Access)
\n experience supporting (Enterprise) Wi-Fi technologies including Cisco WLC or others
\n Troubleshooting and fault-finding routing issues (BGP, OSPF & EIGRP)
\n Deep understanding of networking protocols (eg, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
