Our client, a leading global Audio-Visual integrator, seeks an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join the Field Engineering team in London. You will represent the company on client sites and provide high-quality technical support across events and installations.
You will manage fault tickets, perform preventative maintenance, and travel to client sites (including occasional European travel) to ensure rapid fault resolution while maintaining strong customer relations and service standards.
