What You'll Do
- Carry out client consultations with support from senior stylists
- Complete cutting, colouring, and styling services with guidance
- Build confidence managing your own clients on the salon floor
- Apply colours, toners, and treatments with supervision
- Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for services
- Provide excellent client care and build relationships
- Maintain a clean, organised salon and workstations
- Support front of house and assist with appointments
- Develop product knowledge and retail skills
