Must have:
- a deep subject matter expertise in Microsoft Digital workplace technologies with experience in the following:
- Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration
- Migration to Intune for Device Management
- Build Design; Creation & Optimisation including accreditation up to Official Sensitive
- Introduction of Microsoft Security tooling ie Defender for Endpoint
- Device Lifecycle Management
- Application Lifecycle Management
- EntraID/Identity Governance
- NIST and CIS security principles but also build hardening against standards
- Experience of air-gapped environments
The role will be responsible for:
- Providing Solution Assurance across the project working with a multi-supplier resource model
- Be the technical leader for the project and supporting the Project Manager and Enterprise Architect
- Review, Contribute and Present architectural design artefacts through governance framework supporting the Domain Enterprise Architect
- Translating business and IT requirements into technical solutions
- Lead a group of technical resources through the design and delivery life cycle
The ideal candidate:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years but ideally 10 years working experience with the above key technologies
- Must have experience of leading End User Migration/Upgrade project 10k+ devices
- Must have experience of leading a group of technical experts in a high pace environment
- Must have Technical Design/Authoring experience
- Must have come from a hands on background but operated in a role where you are primarily hands-off
- Must have experience of working in an agile/sprint base methodology for delivery
- Experience of working with Infosec to define appropriate security controls and monitoring
- Experience of leverage MS best practice configurations/blueprints
- Experience of supporting project manager in developing plans; RAID Logs and comms.
