We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager with hands-on experience delivering projects across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations and upgrades - from discovery and design through to delivery, integration, and post go-live support. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, business process knowledge, and project leadership within complex, multi-system environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects (F&O and BC), ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers, and governance frameworks.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring clear accountability and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage internal and external project resources, ensuring coordinated execution across multiple workstreams.
- Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for both F&O and Business Central environments.
- Coordinate integration activities between D365 modules and external systems such as CRM, WMS, and reporting tools.
- Support data migration, UAT, and change control processes to ensure system readiness and business alignment.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects, with proven exposure to both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC).
- Strong understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing.
- Demonstrable experience in end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in complex environments with multiple vendors and integrations.
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM preferred.
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with WMS, CRM, or third-party integration tools connected to D365.
