Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the IT workstream of our Global Source to Pay (S2P) transformation programme. This is a critical role within our Product Portfolio team, responsible for managing the successful delivery of all technology components related to the Source to Pay transformation , aligning with business objectives and global operational strategy.
The Source-to-Pay programme will modernise and streamline procurement processes by integrating sourcing, procurement, and invoicing into a seamless, end-to-end solution. This transformation aims to improve efficiency, enhance compliance, and drive greater value from supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership : Lead end-to-end project delivery for IT elements of the Global S2P transformation, ensuring alignment with the overarching business transformation goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders, procurement, finance, and IT to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth integration.
- Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and monitor progress against KPIs and milestones.
- Governance & Compliance : Ensure full adherence to internal programme governance, including LCM (Lifecycle Management) governance processes , to maintain control, transparency, and compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Vendor Management : Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Risk & Issue Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership and the Portfolio Board, aligned to agreed governance frameworks.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IT projects within Source to Pay / Procure to Pay / ERP transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes, ideally with exposure to platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar .
- Demonstrable expertise in managing cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Solid knowledge and experience in applying LCM governance processes or similar structured delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
