We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EWM implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance experience, deep understanding of SAP EWM processes, and advanced proficiency in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM project delivery (greenfield, brownfield, or rollouts)
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project
- Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams
- Oversee warehouse process design including inbound, outbound, internal movements, and RF processes
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate or other project methodologies
- Provide regular project status reports to senior stakeholders
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live support
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP EWM Project Manager on multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP EWM
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project
- Expertise in project management methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and supply chain processes
- Experience managing global or multi-site deployments
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- SAP EWM configuration and process knowledge
- Integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
