Delivery Team Lead – SAP | D365 | Oracle at Boss ERP Consulting
We are seeking an experienced and security-cleared S/4HANA Programme Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex SAP S/4HANA implementation programme within a secure environment. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP transformations and navigating stakeholder environments that require UK Government Security Clearance (SC).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain programme plans, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Act as the primary interface between the business, technology teams, and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements, particularly within a secure and regulated environment.
- Coordinate data migration, change management, and user training activities.
- Oversee cutover planning and business readiness for go-live and post-go-live support.
- Report programme progress to executive sponsors, steering committees, and relevant government or regulatory bodies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Active SC Clearance – must be currently valid.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
- Experience working within secure or highly regulated environments (e.g., Public Sector, Defence, or similar).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong project governance, financial management, and reporting experience.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and third-party vendors.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Desirable Qualifications
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Activate, S/4HANA Solution Architect).
- PRINCE2, MSP, or PMP certification.
- Previous experience working with UK Government or Defence organisations.
