We are seeking an experienced Parallel Run Lead to take responsibility for planning, coordinating and controlling payroll parallel-run activities through to go-live.
The successful candidate will work across payroll, HR, finance, technology and implementation teams to ensure payroll outputs reconcile successfully and readiness decisions are supported by robust evidence.
Core Functional Requirements & Experience:
- Own the end-to-end parallel run plan.
- Coordinate all payroll cycles.
- Define entry and exit criteria.
Reconciliation & Resolution
- Define reconciliation rules and tolerances.
- Manage discrepancy investigation and resolution.
- Maintain audit trails and evidence.
Go-Live Readiness
- Support operational readiness activities.
