The successful candidate will work across payroll, HR, finance, technology and implementation teams to ensure payroll outputs reconcile and readiness decisions are supported by robust evidence.
Core requirements include owning the end-to-end parallel run plan, coordinating payroll cycles, defining entry and exit criteria, reconciliation rules.
