Business Partner – Outside IR35 contract (3 months with possible extension) – Hybrid – West London
Role Overview
As the BPT Business Partner for our ecommerce portal spanning 11 countries (and gowing!), you will serve as the key liaison between local market teams and the central MyCCEP ecommerce technology function. Your mission is to ensure seamless alignment of business needs with technological capabilities, driving innovation, efficiency, responsiveness ensuring CCEP maximises value from the product.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
Acts as the primary point of contact between local country teams and the central BPT team, working in partnership with business Product Owners
Builds trusted partnerships with market stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Facilitates regular engagement forums to surface needs, share updates, and align priorities.
Champions continuous improvement by gathering feedback and driving enhancements.
Strategic Alignment
- Understand market opportunities and needs, identifying and scoping new features which can benefit multiple markets
- Ensure capabilities reflect local nuances where necessary
- Advocate for scalable solutions that drive global benefits
- Ensure new development align with BPT strategy and the wider commercial product portfolio
Operational delivery
- Contact point in BPT for existing markets for all topics relating to MyCCEP ?
- Provide ownership and ensure issues that require BPT resolution are handled appropriately, progresses and escalated items as needed
- Provides communications to Product team and markets on status?
- Provides gating for potential enhancements and routes into the ideas pipeline ?
- Work with markets to understand their challenges and opportunities ?
- Active participant in market 1:1's?
- Provides BPT input to commercial communities
Project delivery
- Alongside PO's Maintains a cross market view of opportunities and identifies enhancements that can bring business value across multiple markets?
- Work within the product team to ensure requirements for new capabilities are clear, aligned and fit for purpose
- Support change management and adoption efforts across markets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a technology liaison or business partner role within ecommerce or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce capabilities
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions, with sensitivity to cultural and operational differences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product development.
- Background in business analysis, product management, or IT consulting.
- Passion for digital commerce and customer-centric innovation.
