Contract Business Analyst – Salesforce Project (Agile / Data & Process Focus)
Location: Belfast (Hybrid – 1-2 days per month
Contract Length: 3 Months (Potential Extension)
Start Date: Mid August 2025
Day Rate: £300-£350 per day Outside IR35
We’re looking for a Contract Business Analyst to support a high-impact Salesforce project for a client based in Belfast . This 3-month role will focus on documenting as-is business processes , understanding data capture , and supporting Agile delivery of Salesforce solutions.
You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to uncover how the organization works today—and help shape how it will work tomorrow. If you have strong process mapping skills, Salesforce project experience, and thrive in Agile environments, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to capture as-is processes and user journeys
- Document current data capture methods and data flow across systems
- Identify process inefficiencies and data quality gaps
- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the Salesforce team
- Support Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Salesforce consultants, and developers to align on requirements
✅ You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience (including 1+ year on Salesforce projects)
- Strong knowledge of process mapping and data capture analysis
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum preferred)
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio / Lucidchart
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience supporting data migration or data quality initiatives
- Familiarity with GDPR or other data governance standards
