The Cambridge-area plant is seeking a senior Plant Operations Manager to lead site operations at its first industrial pilot plant. You will oversee operations, personnel, troubleshooting and HSE, with two direct reports and several rotating colleagues, and serve as the face of the company on site.
You will manage the pilot plant’s operational requirements, optimise the technology for best-in-class performance, and drive the upgrade program through 2026 while expanding site as a centre of excellence.
