We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our Embroidery and Garment Branding Department.

This varied role combines sales administration, artwork coordination, customer service and production planning support, ensuring orders progress smoothly from enquiry to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately.
  • Recommend suitable products and provide pricing for branded garments.
  • Manage customer accounts, order updates, delivery tracking and lead times.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
  • Artwork & Branding Coordination
  • Prepare and manage proofs for embroidery and printed garment orders.
  • Set up artwork files using design software (Corel DRAW, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Ensure correct sizing, positioning, colours and branding specifications.
  • Manage artwork setup and branding costs.
  • Issue proofs and follow up customer approvals.
  • Process and coordinate web-based orders.
  • Product & Website Support
  • Allocate branding methods (embroidery or print) across product ranges.
  • Standardise and approve artwork for web and event products.
  • Create and maintain proof libraries and branded garment templates.
  • Ensure consistency across all branded merchandise.
  • Order Processing & Production Support
  • Process garment branding orders from enquiry through to dispatch.
  • Liaise with suppliers and production teams to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor garment availability, back orders and held orders.
  • Support production planning, workload allocation and job pack creation.
  • Help manage workflow for artwork, digitising and garment decoration.
  • Ensure production schedules are communicated and achieved.

Qualifications

  • Experience within garment branding, embroidery, print, promotional clothing, or a related industry.
  • Strong administration and customer service skills.
  • Experience handling artwork proofs and order processing.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communication and professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
  • Knowledge of embroidery digitising and garment decoration processes.
  • Experience using Corel DRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.
  • Production planning or workflow management experience.
  • Background in workwear, uniforms, or promotional merchandise.
