OUTSIDE IR35 – 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT – HYBRID (2/3 DAYS PER WEEK IN WEST LONDON) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with some experience in SAP S/4HANA and (desirable) Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to work within a large-scale transformation programme. This role requires someone who can drive end-to-end project delivery across technology, business process, and change, ensuring alignment between logistics, supply chain, and technology functions. You will be responsible for assisting in managing planning, execution, risk, and stakeholder alignment across the EWM implementation lifecycle-ensuring milestones are achieved, issues resolved, and benefits delivered. Key Responsibilities: Assist with managing the delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects with a focus on EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Assist with Overseeing project planning, status reporting, issue and risk management, and stakeholder communication Work closely with functional teams, systems integrators, warehouse operations, and technical architects Asssit with driving integration between warehouse systems, SAP S/4 modules, and third-party logistics platforms Coordinate cutover planning, data migration, and testing activities across EWM-related tracks Facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions Manage project budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and dependencies Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, change control, and programme methodology Provide regular updates and escalation to senior leadership and steering groups Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager on SAP S/4HANA programmes, ideally within Supply Chain or Logistics domains Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across IT, business, and third-party vendors Strong project management skills (planning, risk management, RAID, governance) Experience with agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills Desirable: Experience working in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or Distribution sectors Familiarity with other SAP modules (eg, MM, SD, TM) and integration points Relevant certifications (eg, PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate) EWM41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
