Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Ping Identity solutions (PingID, PingFederate, PingAccess) to support our enterprise security and authentication initiatives. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing secure authentication and identity solutions to enhance user experience and safeguard business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage PingID Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across enterprise and cloud applications.
- Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.
- Integrate PingID with enterprise systems such as Office 365, VPNs, Salesforce, and custom applications.
- Support identity lifecycle management, access control policies, and role-based authentication.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve authentication and identity-related issues.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Document configurations, processes, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience with PingID and related Ping Identity solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, SSO, MFA, federation, and adaptive authentication.
- Familiarity with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and integrating IAM solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (eg, GDPR, ISO27001, SOC2) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, or other IAM platforms.
- Security certifications (eg, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Identity certifications).
- Background in enterprise security or access management projects.
