We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a recent graduate of either Business, Management, Economics, or Sustainability to join our team for the next phase of our mission as an Operational Compliance Co‑Ordinator.

The role

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a highly motivated, self‑starting recently graduated team member to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic environment where regulatory compliance and operational excellence are key. You will gain hands‑on experience in compliance monitoring, risk management, and process improvement while supporting day‑to‑day operational activities.

You’ll work across internal business improvement initiatives and external client‑facing projects, supporting compliance, documentation, ESG, and business development efforts. You’ll also play a key role in helping us stay ahead of the curve in areas like ISO standards, Cyber Essentials, and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate (Business, Management, Sustainability, Economics, or Compliance related fields are desired)
  • A self‑starter who takes initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and documentation abilities
  • A curious, innovative mindset with a desire to improve systems and processes
  • Willingness to travel to London and other UK locations where required
  • Familiarity with ISO standards or compliance frameworks
  • Interest in sustainability, ESG, or digital transformation
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What you’ll be doing

  • Technology and SAP Knowledge: Preferred experience and understanding of technology (SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics / Oracle / Service Now) to effectively communicate complex concepts to our target audience
  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, for creating and formatting impactful reports and presentations
  • Compliance & Documentation: Monitor and maintain ISO 9001, 27001, 14001 documentation and assist with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support implementation of new compliance frameworks, Cyber Essentials, ESG
  • Complete client compliance requests and ensure documentation is accurate and audit ready
  • Business Development & Innovation: Research and recommend new certifications, standards, and operational improvements
  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance our service delivery and client outcomes
  • Client Support: Assist with ad‑hoc client project delivery as needed with documentation, reporting, and compliance support with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Sustainability & ESG: Contribute to our journey toward becoming a more environmentally and socially responsible business and help identify opportunities for improvement
  • Administrative Support: Handle documentation and other administrative tasks as needed
