Job Description

OUTSIDE IR35 – ASAP START – 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT – HYBRID WORK (2/3 DAYS ON SITE – WEST LONDON)

EDI Expertise & Support

  • Manage and troubleshoot EDI-related issues such as mapping, translation errors, and partner setup
  • Ensure smooth data exchange using protocols like AS2 and VANs
  • Collaborate with EDI service partners to maintain system integrity
  • Deliver training and presentations to build EDI capability across the business
  • Provide expert guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders on EDI processes

IT Service Management

  • Own and resolve IT support tickets using an ITSM platform, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Proactively manage service queues and reduce backlog
  • Prioritise tasks based on urgency and business impact
  • Analyse service data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Maintain clear documentation for recurring issues and knowledge sharing

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners
  • Act as a consultative partner to project teams, contributing technical insights
  • Facilitate forums and discussions to share learnings and drive accountability
  • Support customer onboarding and integration processes

Strategic Contribution

  • Help shape and execute EDI strategies, policies, and action plans
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements
  • Contribute to evolving support models with a flexible, growth-oriented mindset
  • Take initiative in suggesting enhancements that align with business goals

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Generate reports from service data to monitor performance and identify bottlenecks
