Business Change Consultant

OUTSIDE IR35 – APRIL 2025 START – 6 MONTH INITIAL – BPSS REQUIRED – HYBRID WORKING (PRESTON)

Project: Complex project moving to a multi-supplier IT delivery model with complex stakeholder set, experience of P3M and EPMO would be a big advantage, business units will need a lot of support to understand the change.

• Business Change Professional with 3 years + experience working on digital/IT projects
• Experience in developing and delivering business change collateral on projects of varying complexity
• Knowledge of Change Management theory and methodologies, processes, policies, and procedures
• Change Management Qualification (APMG or PROSCI)
• Experience of working in a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
• BPSS CLEARANCE

DESIRABLE

Ideally experience in working in regulated environments and/or the defence sector
