Make your mark as Tendering Coordinator at Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen. The postholder is responsible for supporting the tendering function through close collaboration with Tender Specialists in the preparation of responses to all client tenders and enquiries. You will provide structured administrative support throughout the full tender process, from receipt of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) through to the formal handover of successful submissions to the project delivery team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuity at all stages.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that Invitations to Tenders (ITTs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) received from Clients are recorded and receipt notified to relevant internal personnel.
- Review Client ITTs, RFQs and all other types of requests to identify all deliverables and input into Tender Management Tracker.
- Support Tender Specialists in actioning tender deliverables.
- Preparation of all Client tender documentation to a professional standard in compliance with the Company’s Management System and Client requirements.
- Maintain Tendering records, work with Tendering Managers to collate, record and report on departmental and functional statistics.
- Provide administrative and analysis support to the Tendering department as required.
- Keep Bid Libraries and reference documents organized and up to date.

- Business Management qualification desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Tendering/Sales/Estimating processes combined with analytical skills.

- Effectively handle confidential and highly sensitive information, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
