Make your mark at Boskalis Subsea Services as ROC (Remote Operations Centre) Coordinator. You will support the safe and efficient delivery of remote operations by managing, monitoring, and coordinating personnel utilization in the Remote Operations Centre. The role maintains an accurate running list of personnel and schedules mobilization according to operational activity. The Coordinator works closely with crewing and logistics to forecast and update personnel requirements on an ongoing basis.
Your main responsibilities as a ROC (Remote Operations Centre) Coordinator:
- Effectively managing pool of ROV and ROC personnel to ensure correctly sized to support the business, aligning with forecast demands for all Boskalis worksites.
- Maintain real-time updates of ROV/ROC personnel movements in the offshore people system, ensuring accurate recording and processing of all ROV personnel man days for cost tracking and recovery purposes.
- Liaising with OPO and ROV Crewing Lead to ensure offshore ROV/ROC personnel are aligned with crew change schedules.
- Support the ROC Supervisor in daily coordination of workforce allocation.
- Communicate personnel status changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with crewing and logistics to forecast upcoming personnel needs and update plans.
- Maintain clear records and logs in line with ROC processes and company procedures.
- Assist in routine ROC operational support tasks as directed by the ROC Supervisor.
Qualifications
Your Qualities:
- Previous personnel Coordinator/Administrations experience in a fast-paced Energy Sector environment.
- Academic Qualification in Administrations – HNC/HND (desirable).
- Understanding of operational workflows - awareness of vessel activity, downtime scenarios, and personnel work status.
- Administrative and coordination capability - able to maintain accurate lists, logs, and personnel tracking records.
- Communication - clear verbal and written communication with ROC, crewing, logistics, and operational personnel.
- IT Competency – proficient in basic digital tools (Excel, Teams, operational tracking systems) with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Safety - understands and adheres to NINA values and operational safety requirements.
