The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
Responsibilities include providing a first-class people centred employee relations service, including manager and employee advice and guidance, which drives high employee engagement and satisfaction across all of Gardline and associated companies. This encompasses change management, performance management, absence management, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives for your area of responsibility within the business. Provide support to staff and management for people management, in line with statutory, regulatory, and Company policy requirements.
Review and maintain HR policies and procedures on the CMS, ensuring correct interpretation and consistent application across the business. Provide support on HR projects and new initiative development and implementation as necessary.
Support in the preparation of Monthly HR Metrics Pack, annual Gender Pay Gap Report, and any other reporting requirements as required by the team. Participate in audit preparation as required. Undertake any task not specifically identified but which would be considered reasonable by a post holder, for which training and development has or will be provided.
We offer CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management and relevant HR experience in all elements of the employee lifecycle.
