Job Description
Make your mark as a Fleet Crew Coordinator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. The Fleet Crew Coordinator is responsible for the efficient management, coordination & personal development of the offshore marine crew on board vessels, working closely with the BOFM Crewing team in Papendrecht and engaged agencies. Ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards and working with C&T on training requirements. Further, you will be responsible for ensuring good coordination of offshore marine teams and the tracking of all crew compliancy in alignment with FMSO and in particular Chapter FMO 610 Crew Management.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining quality records for all marine personnel, ensure all profiles are up to date.
- Communication with the crew on training requirements, certification and career succession planning.
- Linking all relevant stakeholders such as Crewing-HR Papendrecht in all necessary issues eg, succession and development.
- Managing the rotation alongside the Offshore People team, ensuring good coordination with the project personnel.
- Responsible for permanent recruitment ensuring all relevant stakeholders are consulted and in line with succession and development planning of the crew.
- First point of contact with all crew relevant issues such as medical or behavioural as per MLC guidance.
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience working with Marine personnel in a crewing and/or logistics capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital systems for people management.
- Understanding of the subsea marine community, and enjoy working with offshore staff in a fast paced environment.
- Regular travel both to Head Office, Netherlands and vessel visits required.
- Able to work confidentially, effectively handling confidential and highly sensitive information, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
