Boskalis Engineering Graduate Scheme 2026

Overview

We offer a 12‑month Boskalis International Graduate Scheme in our Offshore Energy Division (Boskalis Subsea Services) based in Aberdeen. During the scheme you will complete two assignments and participate in a comprehensive personal and professional development program.

You will work on unique projects such as emergency leak investigation campaigns, preparatory work for large decommissioning scopes, and gain offshore experience on vessels.

Responsibilities

• Complete two work assignments within 12 months, gaining extensive experience.
• Engage in emergency leak investigations, locating subsea leaks and engineering long‑term solutions.
• Prepare office work for large decommissioning scopes, including cutting and removing pipework and risers on FPSOs.
• Participate in a comprehensive personal and professional development program at our head office in the Netherlands.
• Build a strong international network and develop personal development goals with coaches and mentors.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in an engineering related discipline (BSc/MSc).
• Full‑time availability, graduating within 0–2 years of 7th September 2026.
• Willingness to spend extended periods overseas or on board a vessel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Right to work in the UK.
