Are you a hands-on finance professional ready to bring order to a dynamic fintech environment?

At Boshhh , we're seeking a proactive Financial Controller to be our first in-house finance hire.

With multiple trading entities under our umbrella, things can get a bit messy, but that's where you come in.

You'll work closely with our founder to:

• Streamline financial processes across approximately ten businesses
• Manage supplier communications and contractor payments
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance and timely submissions to HMRC
• Lay the groundwork for building out our finance team

This role offers a clear path to a Finance Director position as we scale. If you're detail-obsessed, thrive under pressure, and have experience in startup environments, we want to hear from you.
