At Boshhh Group, we’re shaking up the fintech industry with our innovative app, making personal finance more accessible and transparent. Based in the heart of Manchester (Deansgate), we offer a hybrid working setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote), giving you the best of both worlds – a vibrant creative space with built-in flexibility.
As our Digital Advertising Lead, you’ll be responsible for owning and executing our paid acquisition strategy while also driving key growth levers across analytics, SEO, lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo), and web experience (Framer). You’ll be central to our digital customer acquisition and engagement strategy — balancing creativity with quantitative insights, and compliance with innovation. This role is ideal for a T-shaped marketer with deep expertise in performance advertising and solid working knowledge across the broader growth stack. Experience in regulated or fintech environments is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Design and execute ROI-driven acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels (e.g., Reddit, Twitter/X, YouTube).
- Tailor messaging and creatives to align with fintech compliance and customer personas.
- Optimize spend across the funnel, from awareness to conversion and app/download attribution.
- Test and iterate ad creatives, landing pages, and value propositions to maximize LTV:CAC ratios.
- Data & Marketing Analytics
- Work on reporting dashboards to track performance, using tools such as GA4 or Looker Studio.
- Analyze user behavior and conversion flows to identify bottlenecks and high-leverage opportunities using Microsoft Clarity.
- Work closely with design, data, and compliance teams to drive growth across digital channels and optimize the full customer journey whilst ensuring regulatory transparency.
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead SEO strategy for both B2C content — including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits.
- Collaborate with our Head of PR & Communications to scale organic acquisition with compliant, informative content.
- Monitor and improve site structure, speed, and search performance across key financial topics.
- Lifecycle Marketing (Email/SMS with Klaviyo)
- Plan and execute compliant, personalized lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS using Klaviyo.
- Own automation flows (onboarding, transaction confirmations, nurture sequences, etc.) tailored to fintech-specific user journeys.
- Perform segmentation, testing, and reporting to continually improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Website Management (Framer)
- Update landing pages and conversion funnels using Framer, maintaining performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with design, compliance, and developer teams to deliver high-converting, secure, and user-centric web experiences.
- Monitor site analytics and UX data to inform CRO experiments.
- 4–6+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a performance-heavy or fintech-specific environment.
- Deep experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads etc); fintech audience segmentation a strong plus.
- Proficiency in GA4, attribution tools, UTM structuring, and ad pixel implementation.
- Working knowledge of financial content marketing, SEO best practices, and Google Search Console.
- Hands-on experience building and editing pages in Framer (or similar no-code tools).
- Experience managing Klaviyo for campaign and flow automation.
- Comfortable navigating fintech regulatory considerations (e.g., disclaimers, financial promotions, ad compliance).
- Strong analytical skills and an experimentation mindset.
- Background in fintech, financial services, banking, investing, or payments.
- Familiarity with GDPR, or industry-specific (FCA) ad restrictions.
- Experience working with design tools like Figma and managing creative briefs.
- Past involvement in app-based growth (iOS/Android attribution).
- Knowledge of affiliate or influencer marketing in fintech.
- Competitive salary and benefits.
- Fast-paced, agile team focused on experimentation and results.
- Exposure to high-growth B2C markets and opportunities to scale.
