Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Trade Marketing Lead at our London office in the UK, within our European Trade Marketing Team. We are looking for an experienced marketer to partner with our most important strategic accounts within the UK and France, while also overseeing the EU region. In this role, you will be accountable for developing and executing marketing strategy within the reseller channel to achieve marketing goals and business results. You will collaborate with various cross-functional partners across Bose, including sales, marketing, search marketing, consumer insights, and partnerships teams. You will work closely with the marketing analytics team to identify digital growth opportunities and enhance our data capabilities. You will play a key role in advocating for our reseller partners within Bose and driving consideration and conversion of Bose products both online and in-store. Additionally, the Retail Operations and Trade Marketing teams within the region will report to you. What We Want You To Do Marketing Strategy and Execution Own all aspects of developing a data-driven marketing strategy and execution for specified resellers. Ensure our investments and execution contribute to achieving or surpassing targeted sell-through results and align with strategic objectives. Drive integration across all necessary touchpoints internally to ensure reseller marketing plans are aligned with the overall strategy and integrated with other marketing functions. Maintain a shopper-first focus and promote the category at resellers through thought leadership within commercial plans and processes. Manage the marketing budget and performance metrics related to investments. Partner with the Global Omnichannel team to develop best-in-class content and experiences at resellers. Collaborate with the partnerships team to drive co-marketing initiatives at resellers. Reseller Team Partnership Manage relationships with marketing at key resellers such as John Lewis, Currys, Argos, Selfridges, Harrods, FNAC+Darty, Boulanger, etc., including internal marketing and sales relationships. Build and sustain strong internal and external partnerships that deliver mutual benefits. Represent Marketing during annual negotiations and planning cycles. Ensure consistent execution online and in-store across the region. Insights, Data, & Analytics Develop structured communication plans with resellers to share insights and drive engagement. Identify opportunities to advance reseller data maturity and execution. Utilize performance data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to maximize ROI on marketing strategies. Define, monitor, and improve measurement approaches for digital visibility and conversion tactics, including SEO, paid search, media performance, reviews, content health, and sell-through metrics. Collaborative experience with cross-functional teams and sales organizations. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field. Ability to work from our UK office with travel within Europe, especially France. Fluent in English and French.
