Role Overview
The Technical Training & Sales Specialist leads technical enablement and system excellence for Bose Luxury across EMEA. This role is responsible for elevating dealer, distributor, and integrator capabilities through advanced training, system design guidance, and hands‑on technical support—ensuring that McIntosh and Sonus faber systems are consistently delivered to the highest performance standards. Beyond technical expertise, this role acts as a trusted advisor in the luxury client journey—working directly with high‑net‑worth clients, architects, designers, and consultants to support system design, product selection, and project execution. The position plays a critical role in influencing successful sales outcomes by ensuring technical credibility, confidence, and excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Training & Partner Enablement (EMEA)
- Design and deliver training across product architecture, system design, installation, and calibration
- Execute training via workshops, certifications, and onboarding programs
- Support scalable training frameworks across EMEA markets
- Pre‑Sales Technical Support & Client Advisory
- Support system design, product selection, and technical planning
- Engage directly with luxury clients, architects, and consultants
- Translate technical solutions into client‑relevant benefits
- System Commissioning, Calibration & Performance Optimization
- Lead system setup, calibration, and optimization
- Support flagship installations and demonstration spaces
- Support pop‑ups, events, and temporary brand activations
- Post‑Sales Technical Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Support system optimization and upgrades
