Primary Responsibilities
- Ownership of all operational and merchandising tasks on Bose.
- Ensure timely updates to the site for all operational tasks.
- Support optimization of product sales, product launches, and promotions across Bose.
- Ensure pricing and promotions are accurate and correctly implemented across all supported websites.
- Maintain and optimise merchandising, including product recommendations, cross-sells, up-sells and search across Bose.
- Support global alignment for planned new product launches and maintain localised DTC calendar.
- Maintain product promotional pricing in collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
- Support lifecycle management of core products, accessories and refurbished products in collaboration with Sales Operations.
- Assist in testing of site operations, maintenance, and development activities.
- Help develop and document business requirements for Bose capability improvements and support their delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and non-DTC functions to ensure Bose supports their objectives.
- Assist in creating performance reports, providing insights into eCommerce and site performance.
- Maintain calendars, tasks, updates, and shared departmental documents to support team operations.
- Supporting the North American & APAC Bose eCommerce sites when required.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in eCommerce operations or merchandising roles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar eCommerce platforms is preferred.
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4 or equivalent.
- Experience with SAP and/or other Salesforce tools.
- Experience with marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Experience working within Agile-structured teams, including use of project management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- French and/or German is a bonus but not essential.
