St Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable teaching assistant to join our highly motivated team. This is a 1 year fixed term vacancy for 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm) term-time only (including INSET days) starting September 2026.

We are a one form entry Catholic primary school and the children are at the very centre of everything we do. Our school is committed to ensuring we deliver the highest quality education through exploration, enjoyment and creativity. We work hard to ensure our children fulfil and achieve their full potential and be the best they can be. We have a strong tradition of success in sports and music and close links to our parish family and the wider community. We are a good school (Ofsted 2024) with high ambition for our pupils. We are looking for someone who:
