We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused HVAC Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Birmingham, United States. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for HVAC contractors, technicians, and DIY enthusiasts, providing top-notch customer service and technical advice while driving sales of HVAC equipment and supplies.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on HVAC systems, parts, and accessories
- Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records and restock shelves as needed
