In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting a team of over 350 Service Engineers and Apprentices to ensure they have the information, skills, knowledge, and equipment to provide our market-leading customer service.
- Supporting our employees in driving customer engagement and loyalty for our brand.
- Developing training and communication material to support the implementation of new processes for the Field and Contact Centre.
- Booking audit visits into CRM system.
- Analysing data trends in engineers’ compliance.
- Helping ensure that the field teams are working to all Industry regulations.
- Advising and supporting our managers on a range of queries to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Using your initiative and can-do attitude to solve complex problems involving many different stakeholders.
- Assisting with organising and running a variety of Field Service and After Sales events and conferences.
- Opportunity to meet and develop relationships with a variety of different people from diverse backgrounds across the organisation.
- Liaising with external service providers.
- Supporting Internal Quality Auditing and Training teams within the Aftersales Department.
Our ideal candidate should:
- Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and is ready to embrace new ways of working through digitalisation.
- Have good organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Be able to adapt quickly to changing working environments.
- Be hardworking with a good attention to detail and a quality mind-set.
- Have the capability to work well in a team as well as independently, using own initiative.
- Have the confidence to challenge and propose new ideas.
- Be able to prioritise and complete urgent tasks and longer-term project work.
- Communicate confidently with people at all levels.
- Bring fresh eyes and new ideas to existing ways of working and contribute to the culture of continuous improvement.
The following skills and attributes would be a bonus but aren’t essential to the role:
- Full UK Driving License.
