We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Graduate! The Digital Marketing team at Worcester Bosch is at the forefront of driving the Company’s online presence and customer engagement. We are a dynamic and innovative team responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads and support our customers with engaging and informative content.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • SEO & Content Creation: Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Support content creation initiatives, including blog posts, website copy, and other digital content.
  • Key Stakeholder Management: Manage and prioritise digital marketing requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Digital Marketing Customer Care & Troubleshooting: Provide support in addressing digital marketing-related queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Digital Platform Maintenance & New Development Support: Assist in maintaining digital marketing platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning effectively. Conduct regular site audits to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and adherence to brand standards.
  • CRO & A/B Testing: Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives by assisting in the setup, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests. Use insights from testing to recommend improvements to website performance and user experience.
  • Customer Journey Mapping & CX: Assist in mapping and analysing customer journeys across digital touchpoints to identify optimisation opportunities. Support initiatives aimed at improving overall customer experience (CX) and engagement.
  • Paid Media Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns (e.g. PPC, paid social). Work with internal teams and agencies to monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting (Google Analytics): Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics.

Our ideal candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or related field.

  • Understanding of all areas of digital marketing, with a focus on email and performance channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing channels such as paid media, SEO, CRO and affiliate marketing.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning and optimising.
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Contract Duration: 2 years.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
