A unique chance has arisen to join our team in a role of project manager. The opportunity requires unique skills, experience, and mind-set to drive innovation. The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects from concept through to completion. This includes overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The role demands a strong understanding of technology, manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, integrating various methodologies & acting on lessons learnt.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with product management, engineering, production, procurement, quality teams & external partners.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on project status, KPIs, and outcomes.
  • Ensure transparency & elevate issues beyond own authority.
  • Drive process improvements, lean initiatives, and maintain project documentation.

What distinguishes you:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments (e.g., automotive, FMCG, electronics, pharmaceuticals).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, others).
  • Project Management Expertise: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, resource management, risk management and problem solving.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
  • Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
