The job holder will be expected to contribute significantly to the overall delivery of the UK Aftermarket businesses in total. In addition, the WBD is expected to work with colleagues throughout the business to achieve the best possible result for Bosch as a whole.
- Identify 'open areas', develop and acquire target customers in geographic area of responsibility.
- Manage the appointment process for new Concept Workshops.
- Manage the development of concept customers via the annual development plan process.
- Drive the conversion to the Bosch portfolio of products and services within Bosch Concept Customers via initiatives including Preferred Supplier Concept.
- Enforce compliance in the areas of parts purchases, workshop test equipment, training, brand utilisation and programme initiatives within Bosch Concept Workshops.
- Generate participation from concept members in centrally driven initiatives (Garage & Consumer focused).
- Provide information/solutions as appropriate to address enquiries and queries within the accepted timescales.
- Work with and support the regional team of developers and Account Managers to develop the area in line with the overall Bosch strategy.
- Contribute to the writing and maintenance of individual customer account plans with the Account Managers.
- Generate sales and interest relating to Bosch Automotive parts with the end users.
- Collate and feedback market intelligence.
- Develop and deliver presentations professionally at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Liaise with and support all Automotive Aftermarket departments.
- Liaise with 3rd party Programme suppliers as required.
- Reporting of information within the Division as required.
Qualifications:
- Display a ‘can do’ attitude, constantly breaking new ground in terms of sales and relationships.
- Have a strong knowledge of motor vehicle technology, service and repair.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the market place, competition, and Bosch.
- Achieve and exceed targets.
- Take ownership of customer queries.
- Engage in the process of improving our business processes by contributing ideas and suggestions.
- Communicate proactively and effectively at all levels, both externally and internally.
- Think partnerships. Work collaboratively with all members of the MA business.
- Display, at all times, a customer oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company.
