What youβll do:
- Coordinate daily commercial and administrative tasks.
- Arrange travel raise and approve purchase orders and manage travel-related administration.
- Prepare meeting materials Excel spreadsheets and create PowerPoint presentations.
- Support and coordinate events and meetings.
- Monitor projects and business topics ensuring progress is tracked.
- Assist with reporting and controlling processes by maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for local associates.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
